Built to your line layout
Length, width, working height and transfer heights set to the machines either side, so the line actually fits together on site.
Frames that clean down
Open frames with no closed box sections that trap water, and legs with sealed levelling feet.
Guard rails where people climb
Mobile platform stairs supplied with guard rails as standard, not as an extra.
Seamless scoops
Formed and polished with no crevice at the handle joint, so there is nowhere for powder to lodge.
Common questions
What buyers ask about material handling.
Can conveyors be made to a specific length and belt width?
Yes. Length, belt width, working height and incline angle are all built to your line layout. Send a layout sketch showing the machines either side and the transfer heights.
Do you supply the motor and drive, or only the frame?
We fabricate the stainless frame, rollers, side guides and supports. Drives, motors and control panels are normally supplied by you or your nominated vendor so the electrical certification stays with them, but tell us what you are fitting and we build the mountings to suit.
What is the difference between a belt conveyor and a gravity roller conveyor?
A belt conveyor is driven and moves product at a set speed, suitable for inspection and packing lines. A gravity roller conveyor has no drive and uses a slight fall, suitable for despatch and loading areas. We make both - SKKA-CB-100 and SKKA-RC-200.
Are the platform trolleys rated for a specific load?
Load rating is engineered against your stated duty and confirmed in writing before fabrication. Tell us the loaded weight and the floor surface and we size the frame and castors to it.
