Laminar air flow cabinets, dispensing booths, air showers, de-dusting tunnels, air sampling units and pass boxes, each with a full technical sheet giving specifications, dimensioned blueprints and a component breakdown.
Every unit is also built to your drawing and to custom size. Where the equipment carries filtration, blowers or controls, we fabricate the stainless body and enclosure to your specification and you supply the technology that holds its own type approval - which keeps the certification responsibility where it belongs.

Coved internal corners
Formed and welded so there is no crevice for product to sit in. Welds ground flush and blended where the surface will be cleaned.
Pickled and passivated
Every stainless weld is treated to customer specification, restoring the chromium oxide layer so the unit does not rust-spot on site.
Segregated stainless bay
Stainless runs with its own tooling, never shared with carbon steel. This is what stops iron contamination on a finished cleanroom unit.
Custom sizes as standard
Door openings, shelf heights, aperture positions and service cut-outs made to your layout drawing at no premium over the standard size.

What buyers ask about cleanroom equipment.
Do you manufacture laminar air flow cabinets to custom size?
Yes. Working width, depth, height, aperture position and shelf arrangement are all made to your drawing. Send a dimensioned sketch or a DWG and we quote against it.
What is the difference between a static and a dynamic pass box?
A static pass box is a plain interlocked transfer hatch between two areas of the same cleanliness class. A dynamic pass box carries a blower and HEPA filter so material can move between areas of different cleanliness class. We manufacture both, SKKA-PB-600 and SKKA-DPB-600.
Do you supply the HEPA filters and blowers?
We fabricate the stainless enclosure, door frames, gasket channels and apertures to your drawing. Filtration, blowers, lighting, glazing and controls are supplied and certified by you or your nominated vendor, because the type approval for airflow and filtration class sits with them.
Which stainless steel grade is used for cleanroom equipment?
304 and 316L are both available. 316L is normally specified where the unit will see chloride cleaning agents or corrosive actives. Mill test certificates are passed through with the despatch documents.
