From sheet to system, under one roof.
Laser cutting, press-brake forming and welding run as a single controlled route. Nothing leaves the works for a core operation, which is why lead times hold and why a dimensional problem gets caught in our shop rather than on your site.
- SKKA-LC-CNCCNC laser cutting. Complex profiles, fine detail and clean cut edges on stainless sheet with minimal secondary machining.
- SKKA-PB-CNCCNC press brake. Repeatable bend angles and consistent flange dimensions for panels, cabinets, tables and trays.
- SKKA-OW-5000Orbital TIG welding system. Consistent circumferential welds with low manual variability for tube and pipe joints.
- Manual and semi-automatic weldingSMAW and GMAW to ASME Section IX qualified procedures, with Lloyd's Register PQR on record.
- FinishingGrinding, polishing, brushing and bead blast. Pickling and passivation to customer specification.
- Machine tolerancesExact cut, bend and weld tolerances are machine specific and confirmed against the OEM datasheet at quotation stage rather than claimed in a brochure.

Segregation is the whole job.
Carbon steel particles embedded in a stainless surface breach the chromium oxide layer. The part leaves the works looking correct and rust-spots at your site weeks later. Preventing that is a handling discipline, not a machine you buy.

We hold an EEPC India RCMC and an Importer Exporter Code, and all engineering and commercial correspondence is in English. Here is what an export order looks like from your side.

- Terms of deliveryEXW works, FOB Nhava Sheva or Mundra, CIF or CIP to your named port. ICD clearance at Ludhiana.
- Export packingSeaworthy crating in ISPM-15 heat-treated timber, VCI and polythene over stainless surfaces, edge protection and lashing points.
- Documentation packCommercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, mill test certificates, weld and inspection records.
- Third-party inspectionSGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV, Lloyd's or your own inspector welcomed at any stage. We schedule around your inspector.
- Gulf and CEPA marketsThe India–Oman CEPA is in force and preferential treatment may apply to qualifying goods. We supply origin documentation; confirm the duty position with your broker.
- Trial ordersWe would rather start with one item than a full package. A single trial unit tells you more about a supplier than any catalogue.
- How we quoteMaterial weight at prevailing stainless landed cost, plus fabrication hours, finishing and packing. We do not publish rate cards, because nickel moves.

Pressure vessels and IBR pressure parts sit outside our present scope. Tanks in this catalogue are atmospheric and low-head service. We say so at quotation stage rather than after the purchase order.

What buyers ask us first.
Do you manufacture to our own drawing?
Yes. Everything in this catalogue is also built to customer drawing and custom size. Send a PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES file with your material grade, quantity and required finish, and we quote against it. The dimensioned 2D drawing remains the controlling document.
Which stainless steel grades do you work with?
304, 304L, 316 and 316L as standard, with other grades on enquiry. Mill test certificates are passed through to you, and material grade and thickness are verified against the certificate before cutting starts.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum. We accept prototype and trial orders, and we would rather start with one unit than a full package. A single trial item tells you more about a supplier than any catalogue does.
Do you export, and on what terms?
Yes. We hold an EEPC India RCMC and an Importer Exporter Code. We supply EXW works, FOB Nhava Sheva or Mundra, and CIF or CIP to your named port. Export packing is seaworthy crating in ISPM-15 heat treated timber with VCI and polythene over stainless surfaces.
Can we inspect before despatch?
Yes, and we encourage it. SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV, Lloyd's or your own inspector is welcome at any stage, and we schedule around your inspector rather than the other way round. Our works is also open to a vendor audit before you place an order.
How do you prevent rust spotting on stainless?
By segregation. Stainless runs in a dedicated bay with its own tooling that is never shared with carbon steel, stock is racked separately with non-metallic separators, and pickling and passivation is carried out to your specification to restore the passive layer after welding.
Where are you located and who do you already supply?
Our works is at HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Manakpur, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, India, about four hours from Delhi. We are an approved vendor to BHEL HEEP Haridwar under vendor code 06193 and to ISGEC Heavy Engineering, and we hold ISO 9001 with ASME Section IX qualified welders.
